n24 an empty honey jar wich once held peaty embers. An enormous nouse of excellent consistency, with salty butter and burnt honneycomb is always present

t23 beatufully sweet, in some way even sweeter than the 12-yothanks to some manuka honey, wich is accentuatedagainst the drier oaky tones and rumbling peat towards the back of the palate: beatifulle chewy, and touch oily and wholly substantial.

f24 some citrus, heathery notes, controlled oak and outstanding cocoa and peat: long and rewarding.

b24 a consistent dram of enormous weight and complexity, bottle after bottle, and never short of breathtakingly brillaint: the ace in the Highland Park pack.
